Being on your own does not mean you should skip exercising because there’s no one to do it with. Exercise is quite a personal thing. So, regardless if you have someone to do it with or not, you should stay physically active to stay healthy. If you’re alone, you should do the following exercises.

Walking and jogging are quite identical to skipping, in that both are cardio exercises. The main difference being both jogging and walking require you to go outside. This is a bonus because you can see the sights to get rid of the dullness of seeing the same four walls, day in day out.
